How to Sign-Up for Consignment Services
Join the Treasures by Dawn Crescent's Consignment Vendor Network. As a Consignment Vendor, you'll be part of our 'Thrift Boutique' family, dedicated to serving our community. We provide a simple process by submitting your request to enroll electronically. Check us out below!!!
Please click the Vendor Signup Link below to begin the process. Your initial contact information will be requested for submission. Please make sure you review the Terms of Agreement Form explaining the details of the program.
Once approved, you will receive a secondary email confirming acceptance into the program. In this email, it will be required for you to fill out the remaining contact information and information needed for the Vendor's payouts (via Stripe). Once completed, that's it!!!
PROGRAM OVERVIEW - We offer a basic Consignment Agreement which contains:
- All application enrollment, merchandise upload and sales payments/payouts are conducted electronically.
- No checks or cash will be issued. for payouts. This is non-negotiable.
- You start in the program with a 50/50 split agreement between Treasures by Dawn Crescent and the Consignment Vendor. Minus any incurred fees to make the sale. Full disclosure given prior upon completion of transaction. (i.e., financial transaction fees, etc.).
- This Consignment Agreement may be renewable up to 90 Days.
- Should Vendor wish to cancel this Agreement, all notification must be made in writing, sent via email for time stamped notification.
- We offer a real time Consignment Vendor Portal called Puppet Vendors. Once approved to join the program, you will be given access to log in (on the website) at any time to check your sales information and run reports. This allows our Vendors to know the items needed to restock and calculate their payouts.
- For accounting purposes, payouts are scheduled within fifteen (15) business days after each sale. If the Vendor has more than one payout pending, we will use the date of the most recent sale to calculate the payout date. We want our Vendor's happy, so our we work overtime to make sure all accounting is submitted for them to receive their payments on time.
